The staff was attentive and the room was clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a minibar and a flat-screen TV. We also appreciated the free shuttle service and the delicious breakfast.
Highly recommended to all.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and although the view wasn't the best, it exceeded my expectations. I loved the little touches like the complimentary drinks and snacks left in the room each day. The breakfast was delicious, with a range of options to choose from.
Only one minor issue - the room could have been a bit less stuffy at night.

Clean and Friendly Great breakfast and peaceful nights
During our recent trip to Manizales, we found a great hotel to stay in. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. We also really enjoyed the location of the hotel, as it was close to many great restaurants and shops.
Although we enjoyed our stay, there were a few things that we didn't like about the hotel. The first was the lack of laundry service, as we had been traveling for a while and really needed to do some laundry.
