This place was almost great, but with very hot eastern rooms, made sleeping impossiblle, it didn't quite hit the mark. And what's with the lack of any complimentary toiletries? A simple bar of soap woudl ve been nice. Truthfully, i expected at least a room upgrade for my troubles, but here i am, left to suffer.

My stay here was nice! A quiet and great hotel, I appreciated it, staff was welcoming. The breakfast was very good with a wide array of food!

We enjoyed exploring the nearby Parque Fundadores and Plaza de Bolivar. The rooms were spacious and it had fast wifi. Plus, the breakfast was a real treat. Staff helped us with local tips.
We did find the room a bit stuffy at night. We asked for a fan but they were all out. It got a bit uncomfortable during the warmer evenings.

Rooms could use a fan or AC control!!! The traffic noise made it difficult to sleep!!! A lack of basic toiletries like soap left much to be desired!!!
